Work has been a little crazy lately. Between teaching classes for my IBCLC hours, prepping for a new computer program, my normal responsibilities, and breastfeeding, I spend some days running from one thing to another. Today poor Alex's morning feed got pushed back because I had to teach a class that ran over, resulting in an already pushed back feed being shortened so I could make a noon news spot. Thank goodness for midday nursing sessions to provide me with a little oxytocin. I didn't breathe a sigh of relief until after Ben and Alex's daycare halloween parade. (Pictures to be posted on Monday - I picked a bad weekend to leave my camera at work). Ben wouldn't cooperate with the star wars theme but made a very cute pirate. Alex, aka Chewbacca, received rave reviews and many offers of candy.
Ben's quote of the day: "I'm not your friend. Alex says he's not your friend either. We're not on your team." And so it begins.
