The "Circus"

In a town the size of Rifle, there aren't a lot of attractions or events.  So when I saw that the circus was coming, I decided to take the boys.  Now I knew it wasn't going to be like the Ringling Brothers but I expected something a bit more impressive, especially for my $15 ticket. This "circus" was a 10 man show, and that included the concessions and the guy taking tickets.  The juggler doubled as a clown and the snack bar girl as a contortionist.  It felt more like a gymnastics meet than a circus but I held out for the animals, which never materialized.  Spongebob, however, did make an appearance.  Next time the circus comes to town, we're staying home.
